The singing bowls speak the language of the brain, which is frequency. Busy brains put out busy BETA brain waves, and when brains get around these big circles of sound they tend to entrain or slow down to an alpha theta state and slow down. This is an amazing phenomenon because it can bring a person out of that busy chattering mind to point of peace. A sound bath helps you come to the present moment, and helps to center and ground into the body.

A sound bath is a sound journey that feels like a vibrational body massage for the mind, body & soul. Sound healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, Himalayan signing bowls and other instrument are played creating musical overtones and vibration that bring the body to a state of relaxation.

Vibrations move through the cell to help rebalance energy and assist to activate the body's natural healing abilities.
